ASAP Towing

Aaron with ASAP Towing & his whole team are amazing. Our rental car blew a tire in the middle of nowhere in the North Cascades. No towing company wanted to come get us because of how far away we were AND we had to be towed back to the Avis at SeaTac for a replacement rental. But Aaron picked up the tow request no problem & came & got us. We had about a 2 hour drive to Seattle with Aaron & he was so nice & we all shared stories. I cannot recommend ASAP Towing enough. Thank you Aaron for making a really stressful & bad situation to be in easier on us, we really appreciate you!!

While trying to get my husband to PeaceHealth/St Joseph ER on Monday for heart problems, he said he was ok to stop and get gas, first at Fred Meyer Bakerview. When leaving, my steering wheel locked up. I had a difficult time steering but managed to get it to a nearby parking spot. After not being able to get ahold of our insurance company for towing and my husband wasn’t looking good, I called 911. They got the paramedics to us fast.. One vehicle was getting my husband in, while the other one stayed with me. A paramedic told me about ASAP and after calling, he even got on the phone helping with some of the information needed and to take my car to Pete’s Auto in Ferndale.. I would have worried about my car sitting where it was if it wasn’t for ASAP towing. After he helped with that they were so kind to give me a ride in the second aid car. The woman we spoke with, Sailor from ASAP was very helpful and even concerned about my husband and I. The driver called me a couple times and informed me when he had got my car and dropped it off so that was one less thing to worry about. I spoke with Sailor, a bit ago about the invoice to send to our ins. company. She remembered me and the situ

I got locked out of my car on a Sunday and after calling 4 others companies I called ASAP TOWING. The girl who answered was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The driver arrived very promptly and had me in my car quickly. He was also very polite and provided excellent service. In the future I will call only ASAP TOWING.
